Language toggle/switcher

Hi to everyone,

first of all, thank to the developers for this awesome Admidio application.
Let me ask a question. Is it possible to add a language toggle/switcher in the header of the page, so that even a non registered user can be able to change his/her preferred language? If yes could you please give me some hints to implement it.

since now it's not possible the change the language with a switcher in the head of the page
