HOW: Only Admin/Staff can view PHOTO. Disable PHOTO for Members.

I want to upload a few HAPPY BIRTHDAY photos to the album and use as greeting cards. I will send these photos to the members on their birthdays.

But it is not nice to show the photos to everybody who has logged in. It is weird to show birthday photos to everybody when it is not their birthday.

Is there a way to show PHOTO link and section to Administrator and Association Staff only, while disabling it for all Members?
