The plug-in web-page when translated to English is a little difficult to follow. Anyone perhaps have a more step-by-step guide to it? Especially with noobs in mind...

What I'm looking for is to quickly make a list with certain requirements and then email or message only the members of that list. So basically not email all the members of the role, only those on a list in that role.

I can't seem to find the option to email the members of an own list.
